 Our furniture is shipped via Freight* 

*We use a freight carrier for our furniture which means that the processing and transit time can take a little longer than standard carriers, but also ensures that the fulfillment centers and freight carriers are experienced in safely transporting and delivering products.

Products ordered at the same time may or may not ship together or be packaged together. We will let you know how your order will ship when multiple products are ordered.

Delivery to the Main Entrance, Porch, Garage or Driveway

This shipping option is a delivery to the main entrance, porch, garage or driveway with a signature required for drop-off.

The week of expected delivery, our shipping carrier will reach out to you to schedule a time to drop off. Please be home and ready to receive your products at your doorstep in the scheduled 4-hour window. Please note that all of our products require signature for drop-off.
Customer will be responsible for unboxing, setup/assembly, and removal of all debris.

Plus Service — Additional Cost
Inside Delivery to Your Room of Choice

This shipping option includes delivery to the room of choice (including one flight of stairs), unpacking, debris removal, and light assembly with no tools (if required). This option is ideal for individuals who do not feel comfortable moving heavy items. This shipping service is priced according to the weight of products included in your order. 

The scheduling of this delivery is the same as standard delivery. The week of expected delivery, our shipping partners will reach out to you to schedule a time to deliver your order. Please be home and ready to receive your products in the scheduled 4-hour window.

CLAIMS

Please inspect your order thoroughly upon delivery and unboxing it. If there is any damage that isn't noted upon delivery, you must report this damage within 7 days by emailing claims@copperandtweed.com in order to ensure a replacement. If we do not receive notification within 7 days, you may be subject to additional fees to ship a replacement. 

We do not offer returns for buyers remorse.

DAMAGES OR DEFECTS?

We will repair or replace any products that are damaged or defective at no additional cost. See claims under our shipping policy for more information on the claims process.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please contact us within 24 hours to ensure a cancellation and full refund. After 24 hours, a 5% return processing fee will be deducted from the refund on cancelled orders. If your order has already shipped, you are not guaranteed a full refund. Email contact@copperandtweed.com for any cancellation requests. 

The velvet fabric from our Stitch & Hand Collection is a cotton polyester blend that requires care to keep it looking beautiful and well- maintained for years to come. Like most fabrics, velvet is susceptible to fading when exposed to direct sunlight. To avoid this fading, try to keep the velvet out of direct sunlight or use window treatments to block the sun's rays.

To keep velvet fabric looking fresh and clean, it is important to dust it regularly. Use a soft, dry cloth or a dusting brush to gently remove dirt and dust. Avoid using rough or abrasive cloths, as these can damage the fabric. Velvet fabric can also be vacuumed to remove dirt and dust. Use a low suction setting and a brush attachment to avoid damaging the fabric. Be sure to go over the fabric in multiple directions to ensure that all dirt is removed.

In the event that the velvet pile is flattened or creased, it can be straightened out using indirect steam from a steamer (on a low heat setting) and some light brushing. Be sure that the steam head and handle do not directly touch the fabric, as the pressure and steam could lay the pile flat, essentially pressing it down. Instead, hover the steamer head an inch or so from the fabric and follow up with a garment brush while the fabric is still warm to restore the appearance of the pile.

Spot Cleaning
Spot clean as needed: If spills or stains occur on the velvet fabric, it is important to address them as soon as possible. Use a mild detergent and a clean, damp cloth to gently blot at the stain. Avoid rubbing or scrubbing the fabric as this can cause it to become damaged or discolored. Velvet fabric is delicate and can be easily damaged by heat or harsh chemicals. Avoid using heat-based cleaning methods or chemicals that contain bleach or other strong agents.
