Specific lead times for products are updated on each product page daily. Stock and demand for products can vary, so we suggest that if you're interested in a product, it is better to buy now than wait for a quicker lead time.
For example, if a product shows that it ships in 3 months and you wait for 3 months to place an order, it is in our experience that the lead time will again be multiple months out. Placing an order now puts you "in line" so to speak to get your order when the product is in stock.
After placing your order, you will receive specific restock/shipping information for your order and also notification when your order ships. Someone from our team will email you with any changes or updates to your shipping speed on your order.
Expect your order to arrive 3-5 weeks after it has restocked and shipped. Most orders are averaging a delivery date about 1-2 weeks after they ship.
This shipping option is a delivery to the main entrance of your home with a signature required for drop-off.
The week of expected delivery, our shipping partners will reach out to you to schedule a time to drop off. Please be home and ready to receive your products at your doorstep in the scheduled 4-hour window. Please note that all of our products require signature for drop-off.
Customer will be responsible for unboxing, setup/assembly, and removal of all debris.
This is also known as white glove shipping and is priced according to the weight of products included in your order. This option ensures that two installers are present on delivery day to bring your products into the room of choice within your home, unpack the items, do light assembly if necessary (assembly that doesn't require tools), and remove the trash. This option is ideal for individuals who do not feel comfortable moving heavy items.
The scheduling of this delivery is the same as standard delivery. The week of expected delivery, our shipping partners will reach out to you to schedule a time to deliver your order. Please be home and ready to receive your products in the scheduled 4-hour window.
Please inspect your order thoroughly upon delivery and unboxing it. If there is any damage that isn't noted upon delivery, you must report this damage within 7 days by emailing claims@copperandtweed.com in order to ensure a replacement. Claims filed after this window may not be approved for replacement without additional charges.
Copper & Tweed currently acts as an authorized dealer for Four Hands and Essentials for Living. Because these three companies do not offer refunds/returns on their products for buyer’s remorse, Copper & Tweed is required to comply with these rules.
If your product was damaged upon arrival, please take a picture of the product and the shipping box and reach out to us at claims@copperandtweed.com within 7 days of delivery so that we can ship you a replacement. If we do not receive notification within 7 days, you may be subject to additional fees to ship a replacement.
Please contact us within 24 hours to ensure a cancellation and full refund. After 24 hours, a 5% return processing fee will be deducted from the refund on cancelled orders. If your order has already shipped, you are not guaranteed a full refund. Email contact@copperandtweed.com for any cancellation requests.
