Shipping Policy 

Copper & Tweed ships to the continental United States. Email contact@copperandtweed.com if you are interested in quotes for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or other U.S. territories. 

Specific lead times for products are updated on each product page daily. Stock and demand for products can vary, so we suggest that if you're interested in a product, it is better to buy now than wait for a quicker lead time.

For example, if a product shows that it ships in 3 months and you wait for 3 months to place an order, it is in our experience that the lead time will again be multiple months out. Placing an order now puts you "in line" so to speak to get your order when the product is in stock.

Delivery to the Main Entrance of the Home

This shipping option is a delivery to the main entrance of your home with a signature required for drop-off.

The week of expected delivery, our shipping partners will reach out to you to schedule a time to drop off. Please be home and ready to receive your products at your doorstep in the scheduled 4-hour window. Please note that all of our products require signature for drop-off.

Plus Service — Additional Cost
Inside Delivery to Your Room of Choice

This is also known as white glove shipping and is priced according to the weight of products included in your order. This option ensures that two installers are present on delivery day to bring your products into the room of choice within your home, unpack the items, assemble if necessary, and remove the trash. This option is ideal for individuals who do not feel comfortable moving heavy items.

The scheduling of this delivery is the same as standard delivery. The week of expected delivery, our shipping partners will reach out to you to schedule a time to deliver your order. Please be home and ready to receive your products in the scheduled 4-hour window.

Return Policy

Copper & Tweed currently acts as an authorized dealer for Four Hands, Essentials for Living, and Palecek Lighting. Because these three companies do not offer refunds/returns on their products for buyer’s remorse, Copper & Tweed is required to comply with these rules. 

If your product was damaged upon arrival, please take a picture of the product and the shipping box and reach out to us at contact@copperandtweed.com ASAP so that we can ship you a replacement.
