Do you offer products that are not listed on your site but manufactured by Four Hands, Essentials for Living, and Palecek?

Yes! We are authorized to sell any of the products manufactured by our partners. Please reach out to us at contact@copperandtweed.com about specific products not found on the site and we would be more than happy to place a special order for you.

What is your cancellation/refund policy? 

Copper & Tweed currently acts as an authorized dealer for Four Hands, Essentials for Living, and Palecek Lighting. Because these three companies do not offer refunds/returns on their products for buyer’s remorse, Copper & Tweed is required to comply with these rules. 
If your product was damaged upon arrival, please take a picture of the product and shipping box and reach out to us at contact@copperandtweed.com ASAP so that we can ship you a replacement. 

How often is your inventory updated?

Our estimated shipping times are updated daily on each individual product. You can find these estimates in the product description on each individual product page. If a product is found on our website it is available to be purchased at any time. Because our products ship from our manufacturers on a rolling basis, we recommend buying sooner rather than later. For example if a product is expected to ship 3 months from order date, if you were to look at that same product 3 months later, it would more than likely not ship for 3 months. 

What is the best way to get in contact with you? 

Please email us at contact@copperandtweed.com. Our talented customer support team monitors the inbox around the clock in and will help you in anyway possible. 

Where is my order confirmation? 

Order confirmations are sent out automatically to your email address. Please reach out to us at contact@copperandtweed.com if you have not received your confirmation and we will manually send it out to you. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment from all major US debit and credit cards, as well as Google Pay and Shopify Pay. In addition we are also proud to offer financing options through Affirm Bank. If you are interested in learning more about Affirm, please refer to our Affirm Policies and Procedures Page.

What currencies do you accept? 

We currently only accept payment in the US dollar, but we are working anxiously to accept different currencies in the future, including cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin.

Where do you currently ship? 

Copper & Tweed currently sells furniture to the continental United States and to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories under special request. 

What shipping options do you have? 

All of our products come with standard home delivery free of charge. The week of expected delivery, our shipping partners will reach out to you to schedule a time to drop off your order. Please be home and ready to receive your products at your doorstep in the scheduled 4-hour window. Please note that all of our products require signature for drop-off.
Plus Service Shipping, or white glove delivery, is an option for an added cost. Scheduling this delivery is the same as standard delivery, where our shipping partners will contact you via phone the week of delivery to schedule a 4-hour window to drop your furniture off. This white glove option ensures that two installers are present on delivery day to bring your products into the room of choice within your home, unpack the items, assemble if necessary, and remove the trash. This option is perfect for individuals who do not feel comfortable moving heavy items.
